Lindquist Playstead (Lawrence, MA)

lindquistThe Lindquist Playstead is located on Emmett Street behind the Wetherbee School. It was named in honor of Carl Lindquist, 23rd Infantry, who was killed in action during World War I. The playstead was developed in 1934 from WPA funds.
